It is evident by now that LMJ Logistics Limited is celebrating a refulgent present and spearheading towards a splendid future ahead.
Office Network Expansion - First and foremost, we are planning to increase our network by opening Offices in all major cities of India and business associates in other areas/town. This will help us to cover India and ensure trouble free operations.
Logistics Parks - To cater to the logistics requirements of the industrial areas, We are planning to develop large size Logistics Parks in various parts of country for providing multi modal logistics solutions for EXIM as well as domestic cargo.
With these facilities, we propose to offer complete range of logistical services viz. Dormitory, Economical Restaurants, Mini Cinema, Auto-part Retails shop, ATM, Office of Transport Companies, Clearing & Forwarding Agent, RTO Extension Counter etc
FTWZ - To serve better at the cheapest cost as well as fulfill social objective of generating employment at the grass root levels, LMJ is also proposing FTWZ at modern high-tech ports at Kandla with an area of 70 acres. Within the FTWZ the various facilities proposed are-
- Covered warehousing
- Warehouses for storing iron and steel, miscellaneous goods
- Warehouses for oil extraction cakes, fertilizers and fertilizers raw materials.
- Warehouses for storing sesame seeds and petrochemical products
- Open storage sites for storing iron and steel scraps, wooden logs and containers
- Shared Warehouses
- Commercial, administrative and ancillary building
- World class infrastructure
- Water supply and sewerage
In the FTWZ, we propose for providing the following:
- Single point clearance system and minimum inspection requirement under the state laws/Rues would be applicable to the units
- Power generation, transmission and distribution would be allowed within the FTWZ
- Water, electricity and other services would be provided as required
- Power under the Industrial Dispute Act and other related enactment would be delegated to the Industrial Dispute Act and other related enactment would be declared as Public Utility Services under this Act.
Mega Food Parks - An industrial park which shall provide adequate logistics infrastructural facilities for Food Processing along the value chain from the "Farm to Market". LMJ is proud to state that Out of the 16 Mega Food Parks sanctioned by Central Ministry of Food Processing under 10th & 11th year plan, LMJ group is an anchor promoter in three mega food parks along with the respective state governments:
- Jangipur Mega Food Park Ltd
- North East Mega Food Park Ltd
- Tamil Nadu Mega Food Park Ltd
Karnataka State Govt. has also launched Food Parks, out of which, we are setting up:
- Tumkur Food Park
- Shimoga Food park
- Davangere Food Park
- Bijapur Food Park
- Belgaum Food Park
